Here's everything you need to know about how we ship orders and handle returns at Sip Supply Co.

Shipping

Processing Time

Stock orders (non-custom) are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

Custom-branded orders require production time. Lead times vary based on order size and artwork complexity — estimated timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.

Carriers and Delivery

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Sip Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For large or freight orders, we'll contact you with a shipping quote before processing.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 5 business days of delivery at sipsupplycompany@gmail.com. We'll make it right.

Returns

Custom-Branded Products

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If there is a printing error or quality defect on our end, we will reprint or refund the affected items at no charge.

Stock (Non-Custom) Products

Unopened, unused stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it promptly.
